Member Portal

In your portal you'll be able to find everything you need to help make your experience as a member of LPTW even better!  Click any of the menu items above or on the quick link MY PROFILE button to the right to get to your profile, connect with all of our members, committees, and circles from across the globe.  

 
We are excited to bring this new system to all our members and hope that as we are able to add more and more benefits to it (like a job board!) that you will help us improve it even further by making suggestions on other ways it can serve the membership. We are still learning about this amazing new portal ourselves and know it will be a huge leap forward in how we all work together at LPTW. 

Our new members-only area is a powerful self-service area. You’ll have new ways to network with each other, a great discussion board, access to our organizational documents and minutes, a new more robust Admin Corner and a new resources area that we are still working on. It is a bit like LinkedIn and other professional tools that will allow you to share what you are up to, pay your dues, and even see what you are participated in/registered for at the League.

Profile Update
We really need you to do this one for us!  Your profile has likely not been updated in some time. We are asking that ALL MEMBERS login and go through your profile to provide LPTW with your most up-to-date information: 

• Name, address and other basic contact information
• Directory Listing category and descriptions
• Relationships they have to other Profiles (including adding new Profiles they are related to)
• Social Media accounts
• Union affiliations

Change Your Password
This link will allow you to change the password directly as you see fit. Changes made here are stored to your database immediately. If you ever lose your password, you can use any of the password request links where you are asked to log in. 

Submit an Event
In this section you can submit events. Once you complete the form and submit. All events must be submitted through this new portal.

Connection Requests
This section allows you to connect and engage with other League members especially if you do not have contact information for them. Search for the member you'd like to connect with and "Add connection" and or send them a message! You can keep track of people connecting with you as well." 

My Features
The online directory can display images and videos of your work in the members-only portal to share with other members. The images or video will display automatically on your directory listing. This can be found under the “My Features” tab labeled “Photos”. You will also see the active discipline circles for which you can join as well as “Committees” the belong to.

Pay Your Dues
This section will display a list of your dues invoices and will allow you pay, print and monitor your membership. Click on "Invoices" under "my profile" to view, manage and track when your renewal is due. Our new system keeps close track and automatically alerts you when 3 months before the due date.

TRAINING FOR NEW MEMBER PORTAL
We know much of this will be new and navigating a brand new site might be a bit perplexing, so we are planning to set up some training sessions in the near future. Dates/Times are still TBD but we will be sure to put them on the calendar so you can see them as they come up.  In the meantime feel free to move through the different aspects of the members-only area (the portal) and play around, and an image, resume, video of your work etc.  

We ask that ALL MEMBERS VERIFY/UPDATE YOUR CONTACT DETAILS, including your name, home address, emails(s), etc so we know we have your must up to the minute information!
